However, event services, packages, equipment, availability, pricing and other information may change from time to time.

Information displayed on this website does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability.

We reserve the right to update, amend or remove website content where reasonably necessary.

4. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry through our website, email, social media or another communication method does not create a confirmed booking.

Any quotation provided by Vision to Venue Events will be based on the information supplied to us at the time, including factors such as:

  • Event date
  • Event location
  • Guest numbers
  • Service requirements
  • Staffing requirements
  • Equipment required
  • Event duration
  • Travel requirements
  • Access and setup requirements

If these details change, the quotation may also need to change.

A booking is only confirmed once the requirements stated in your quotation and/or booking agreement have been completed, including payment of any required booking fee or deposit.

5. Prices

Prices shown on this website are intended as guidance unless specifically stated otherwise.

The final price for an event may vary depending on the individual requirements of the booking.

Any additional costs applicable to a booking, such as travel, additional staffing, extended service hours, additional equipment or other requested services, will be communicated before they are added to the agreed booking wherever reasonably possible.

6. Bookings and Event Contracts

Bookings for Vision to Venue Events services may be subject to separate booking terms, hire agreements or event contracts.

These may contain additional provisions relating to matters including:

  • Payments
  • Deposits or booking fees
  • Cancellations
  • Changes to bookings
  • Equipment hire
  • Damage or loss
  • Staffing
  • Event access
  • Licensing
  • Alcohol service
  • Health and safety
  • Client responsibilities

Where a separate written booking agreement has been entered into, that agreement will govern the relevant booking if there is any conflict between it and these general website Terms & Conditions.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements vary depending on the service booked and will be set out in the quotation, booking agreement or hire contract applicable to your booking.

Any cancellation charges will take account of the circumstances of the booking, including work already carried out, costs incurred or committed and losses resulting from the cancellation, subject to applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have.

8. Alcohol and Age Restrictions

Where Vision to Venue Events provides or sells alcohol, all alcohol service will be carried out in accordance with applicable licensing laws.

We operate a Challenge 25 approach where appropriate.

Anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 may be asked to provide acceptable photographic identification before being served alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service where:

  • Valid identification cannot be provided
  • A person appears intoxicated
  • Serving alcohol would breach licensing requirements
  • Our staff reasonably believe that service would be unsafe or unlawful

Our staff will not knowingly serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

9. Responsible Service

Vision to Venue Events supports the responsible sale and consumption of alcohol.

Our staff may refuse service where they reasonably believe continued service could create a safety issue or breach licensing requirements.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour towards our staff, contractors or other guests will not be tolerated.

10. Equipment and Hire Services

Where equipment is hired from Vision to Venue Events, additional hire terms may apply.

The person or organisation making the booking may be responsible for the equipment while it is in their possession or control, subject to the terms of the relevant hire agreement.

Any responsibilities relating to loss, theft, breakage or damage will be clearly stated in the applicable booking or hire agreement.

11. Event Availability

All services are subject to availability.

An enquiry, provisional quotation or discussion about a date does not necessarily reserve that date unless we have expressly confirmed otherwise.

Bookings are confirmed according to the terms provided during the booking process.

12. Third-Party Services

We may occasionally recommend, source or work alongside third-party suppliers, venues, entertainers, caterers or other event professionals.

Where you enter into a contract directly with a third-party provider, their own terms and conditions will apply.
