Event Sourcing & Planning
Have an event in mind or a celebration coming up, but not sure where to start? That’s where we come in. From weddings and birthday parties to corporate events, product launches and private celebrations, we take the time consuming research off your hands. We source venues, suppliers, entertainment and unique experiences, presenting carefully selected options tailored to your vision and budget. You make the decisions, and we help bring the right elements together, without the commitment or cost of a full event planning service.
02.
Mobile bar services
Bring the bar to you with our fully mobile bar service, with three mobile bars to choose from. Available for weddings, corporate events, private parties, launches and celebrations across the North East and beyond.
From our statement mobile bars and draught systems to cocktails, Prosecco, frozen drinks and soft drinks, we can create a bar setup and drinks menu designed around your event.

Event Hire and Extras
Sometimes it’s the extras that completely transform a space. Our growing collection of event hire options includes bar set ups, glassware hire, slush machine hire, Lindr Unit, flower wall, Prosecco wall, neon signage and more.
Items can be hired individually or combined with our bar and event services to create one complete package, with delivery, setup and collection options available. Search Packages to find out more.

Bespoke Event experiences
No two events need exactly the same thing, so we don’t believe in forcing you into a one size fits all package.
From a simple equipment hire to a fully staffed bar and complete event setup, we’ll build a package around exactly what you need. We can also work alongside venues, caterers, entertainers and other suppliers to bring everything together under one plan.
